So I think God forgot to give me something. I mean of course besides that rich husband and those normal size feet. He forgot to give me a booty! What the heck. I am black, is that not my right as a black girl to have a fab booty? Well I was robbed! A few of my white girlfriends have amazing rumps. You know who you are. But mine, while not horrible needs a little something better? So as well as working on my cardio, I am going to work my tush. I found this little gem, and I am committing to this workout every night before I go to bed. Tight Buns, here I come!

Brand New Year, Brand New Merch
Well the holidays fizzled my goals didn't they. Well I am back and better than ever baby. Well okay not better than ever, but I am trying. I have been sick the last 10 days and it is kicking my tush! I kind of want this sickness to either kill me or go away. Its been a roller coaster ride concluding with an ear infection!
I have a lot to look forward to this 2013 year! And I have a lot I need to look good for. First and foremost Bachelorette party in Vegas! Vegas Baby! Actually I am terrified. I have never been to Vegas before and the group I am going with are cra cra. However the tickets are bought so there is no backing out. Plus it is BFFE's wedding year so I gotta show love. But more important than that I gotta look amazing for both the Vegas trip and the wedding in June. 2013 is going to be an amazing year. But to insure that I have a rocking time I really have to push towards my goals. I am back to fully vegetarian. Its been 10 days and I feel good. I am really pushing myself for vegan and more than that a raw-whole foods vegan. I have done the research and I really feel passionate about this move. I realize that with my crazy lifestyle of work and part-time school, somedays will be harder than others to stay on this healthy path. But I am committed to it and I am tired of feeling how I feel and looking how I look. I am not getting any younger and its time to put my money where my mouth is.

Vegetarian/Vegan diet
Walk/run 100 miles before Vegas. March 28
Walk/run 300 miles before BFFE's wedding June 29
Boise Dirty Dash August 10
Mesa Falls 5k August 24

Feet!
I really pushed myself at the gym yesterday. I did 3 and a half miles. It pretty much kicked my tush, but mostly my feet. I got new shoes that I love so much, but I think it was my socks that were the culprits this time. I got some pretty heinous blisties on the front pads of my feet. It is feeling better today but I gotta tell you by the time work was over last night, I felt like I had been punished. The torture begins again tomorrow at the gym so hopefully I will feel better by then. I gotta sneak in an extra workout on Thursday before class, so that means early to bed, early to rise. Which I will be honest, is totally not my thing. But I gotta reach my goal, and BFFH will be checking on me so I gotta do it!

Oh October
October got a little bit away from me! Eeek! I started my class and I got a little bogged down trying to figure out how to make my life work. I think I got it now! Today I went to the gym. I think its been almost a month since I went and that is NOT GOOD! I had to start over. A month ago I was walk/running 4 miles in an hour and today I got over two miles in 35 minutes. One thing I have learned in this journey is that your body, unfortunately does not like it when you take time off and will make you rework up to where you were before. So that was a sweaty mess today. But I got it done! The video I posted last week is such an inspirational thing for me. I put it on my playlist that I made last night. If you have a second go listen to it. It hits it right on the head. So I am hoping to get my tush out of bed every morning because I want this bad! "As bad as I want to breath"
