So if you read back a couple of blogs you will see that BFFN suggested we figure out some at home things we can do to get in shape. I love this idea, because getting my tush to the gym these days is just not working. I hope she adds to this, actually I hope we all get this going. I know BFFH does a lot of her stuff at home too because she has a little one that makes it hard to leave. BFFN has 4!
So anyway I was researching this subject and I came across this awesome lady on YOUTUBE who is ripped. I seriously would love a body like that. I don't care who you are this lady is hot. But the cool thing about her is that she does all her workouts at home and with her own body weight. So check her out. She is inspiring.

That looks deadly brutal, but 15 minutes doesn't sound too bad. I found a nice jump rope at my parents house that I think will be great to use - or jumping jacks. Also, my mom had the Zumba?? video at her house. I might pick myself up a video and try that - it was fun to do (I am not coordinated at all, but it was making me sweat. I hope by next week I can make up a daily plan. Zumba a couple of days and maybe Zuzana's a couple of days too. Let's make a plan!
ReplyDeleteI got a tae bo video. It has been working good for me. I keep telling myself that I should get outside and do a lap or two around the church on my cross country skis, but I am just scared of falling with Ridge on my back. Inside is ok, but I really love to work out outside. I guess that I must admit that I do like that aspect of summer. (DI is a great place to buy workout videos, if you have a VHS, they are cheap)
