Come on chick, pick it up!!! I went and played basketball at the church last night. It has been a couple of year since I've exercised - it is killing me today. If I can get out at 9 pm and slosh my milky boobs up and down the court - so can you (minus the milk). 30 by 30!
Of course you can do it. Every time I think well maybe I won't go swim or run I think to myself Katie is going to work out so I better go. Don't crush my world.
Okay, so I really want to get involved here and I keep using the excuse that I can't go to the gym and I don't have a tredmill - which is true - but there are other things that I can do at home. So if you want to we can write up an "at home" work out regiment. Those things could include jump roping, sit ups, push ups, stretching, jumping, even stepping. Well, what do you think? We could write something up and report daily or weekly. Let me know what you think!
