Uh Oh, and the belly

I might be getting the sickies. My head hurts like a beast, and all my family is sick since last weekend.... and I went home to see them!
I did go to the gym. I mean yeah my head hurts, but I am hoping that the advil I just took and the water I am downing will be enough. Wish me luck.
Anyway I went to the gym as I said already. I really like working out. Is that weird? I think its because I have always been pretty active, well at least in my younger years. I played sports as all of you know. Not well, but I played. So I know how to work up a sweat, and am not scared of it. It always baffles me when people say they have never worked out. Why were your parents not kicking your ass to get involved in LIFE! I blame them. My mom always encouraged us to play team sports and get out side and run around and have fun. I worry about today's children. They just sit in front of a tv or a computer all day. (not all of them)
So today I was working on my fitness and listening to Britney... don't judge I love Britney and I decided to try this ab machine. It kicked my tush. I was only able to do 10 reps. Hilarious. But I made a goal to at least do those 10 a workout. Then maybe someday 20 reps and 30 until I have the abs of a god.
I do know however it doesnt matter how many crunches you do if you still have a tire around your belly. So first things first, get rid of the tire. But I do love the burn under the tire. :)

  2. I wish you lived in Idaho Falls and we could play bball together every week. It would be awesome with you there. Maybe there are some crazy ladies in your area that play bball sometime - it is a work out for sure!
