Monday Music

I am not sure If I am going to post everyday on this blog, but I might just to keep myself honest.
Today was a good day, I drank lots of water, and you were right BFFN, I had to pee a lot! I also went for my workout with my Ipod and it worked great. I kinda felt bad, the lady asked me if I was ok. Oh well she is getting my money shouldn't that be enough? The only problem was that its hard to feel motivated when you listen to Josh Groban, and so I came home and made a new curves play list for my workout:
Crazy-Gnarles Barkley
Stupid Girls-Pink
Dirrty- Christina Aguilera
Fighter- Christina Aguilera
Potential Breakup Song- Aly and Aj
Slow Down-Aly and Aj
Girlfriend-Avril Lavigne
FreakOut- Avril Lavigne
Self Inflicted-Katy Perry
World of Chances- Demi Lovato ( my slow down song)
Party in the USA- Miley Cyrus ( just in case my routine gets messed up and I need a fast song again-Don't mock me, I like this song)
Nobody Knows- Pink ( just another slow down song)

I don't know about you guys but music motivates me, loud fast music! So hopefully this works. I can always make new play lists if I get sick of this one, but for now I am happy.

  1. I'm not a huge music person - I like to keep it real ;). Anyway, Brett always likes to listen to hard, fast music when he is working - he says it helps him work faster. You could have done some interpretive dancing to Josh Groban - that would have been fun to see at the gym and dancing cuts calories. In fact Brett's sister has lost a bunch of weight at a dance class - she says it's a lot like stripping and other sexy moves. I'll find out what it is called.

  2. Hopefully its a dvd I can pick up so I don't embarrass myself, but that sounds cool, I save all the interpretive stuff for home.

  5. Music is a HUGE help for me when working out. I get bored and lose interest and watch the clock! The faster it is the better too cuz then I'm working just as fast as the music. My favorites are Pink and Nickelback so far. I just got my mom's old IPod so i'm still working on getting music on it! darby (i'm signing my name cuz i can't find my gmail acct info and i refuse to set up another one!)

  6. I like that if you choose workout music that every time you hear that song come on the radio you think of your workouts, I know that it is kind of dumb but it just helps me to remember even when I am not actually working out
